I had a friend ask me to make a cake for a family gathering. She just wanted an 8′ round cake. She didn’t really care what kind of cake just something different. Covered in Fondant. So I came up with this. A Strawberry Lemonade Cake. It is layered with lemon buttercream and sliced strawberries. Then there are fondant roses on the top. I think it turned out very nice. My friend said it was “Amazing”.
